TBS Welcome New Customer Service Manager

TBS are pleased to welcome Paul McGregor as our new Customer Service Manager. Bringing to TBS a wealth of experience within mobile software and customer experience, Paul will ensure a quality level of service is delivered to our customers.

Paul commented “I am pleased to be working here at TBS as Customer Service Manager. TBS are at the forefront of innovation, and their passion and commitment to drive efficiencies for their customers, using the latest technologies, is second to none. I am looking forward to meeting existing, and new customers, and welcome anyone who has any queries to get in touch.”

Adding to Paul’s comments, David Dean, Operations Director TBS, stated “It is of upmost importance that our customers receive a superior level of customer service. Paul is bringing to TBS the required set of skill and knowledge to ensure that each of our customers receive this level of service. Paul will be a welcome addition to the TBS team.”
