TBS needs to collect personal information to effectively and compliantly carry out our everyday business functions and activities, and to provide the products and services defined by our business type. In addition, we may be required to collect and use certain types of personal information to comply with the requirements of the law and/or regulations, however we are committed to collecting, processing, storing and destroying all information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, UK data protection laws and specific data protection codes of conduct (herein collectively referred to as ‘the GDPR’).
TBS has developed policies, procedures, controls and measures to ensure maximum and continued compliance with the GDPR and its principles, including staff training, audit measures and assessments. Ensuring and maintaining the security and safety of personal and/or special category data belonging to the individuals with whom we deal is paramount to our company ethos and TBS adheres to the GDPR and its associated principles in every process and function.
TBS Customers will receive a GDPR statement as part of the definition document for each solution created and managed by TBS. This will clarify the data held and processed by TBS (as the nominated data processor), confirm consent by the Customer (as the data controller) to do so, whilst providing a clear and auditable record of how the data is being managed. Subsequent changes to solutions provided will result in an update to the GDPR statement thus ensuring an upto date record is maintained. Any 3rd Party processors utilised by TBS in the provision of the solution will be defined within the GDPR statement and will be governed by TBS to operate as per GDPR.
To help maintain appropriate security of the data processed, TBS offer all solutions to be hosted with our ISO 27001 accredited hosting provider.

How Long We Keep Your Data
TBS only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations.
